This interaction happens in our showroom, in their home, or in the community; including floor measurements, design/flooring advice and follow-up after installation. Retail and Design Consultant Requirements:
Engage with customers in our showroom and outdoors
Engage customers, build lasting relationships; learn their interests and tastes in order to help provide design/flooring advice tailored to their individual needs
Constantly seek knowledge and training on a wide selection of product offerings as well as associated features, benefits and warranties to be an expert resource for customers
Finalize purchase orders, collect payments and follow up after installation
Perform store functions such as: merchandising, store maintenance and price adjustments
Reliable transportation to measure/estimate projects
Excellent customer service skills, autonomous and well organized
Professionalism; including reliability, responsibility and punctuality
