Complaintsformullican Flooring
I purchased 33 cartons of flooring for 1470.83 menards sku#7256346. Several days after installing the flooring, the seams in the flooring were breaking when walking on them. The claim number is 59982Company Response 05/24/2021 Based on the information submitted, your complaint was dismissed by our Claims Department on May 18, 2021. In the submitted documents, you noted that a new underlay had been installed before laying the floor covering. (menards sku 1252006) The rattling started in a few places in the Great Lakes soil a few days after installation. As a few days passed many other spots were doing the same thing and a written complaint was filed after speaking to menards flooring department to see what our next option would be. After 2 months from flooring installation, all end joints are separated and move by walking on them and clicking. Company Response 05/25/2021 Please confirm which underlayment was used on the 1/4" plywood that was installed. I have reviewed all of the documents submitted with this complaint and cannot find a note indicating the underlayment that was used on the new plywood I purchased the 1/4 plywood from Menards on 5/7/21, 2 days after purchasing the flooring that Menards was to order. 4 added to the living room is the underlayment over the original floorboards and the large of the lakes flooring panels were installed over the 1/4 plywood I have submitted photos and receipts via email email in response to marketing@mullicanflooring.com I submitted photos yesterday via response, but it looks like you didn't receive them under the BBB response.
